National Garment Fair to showcase over 630 kidswear brands in Mumbai.
The Clothing Manufacturers Association of India (CMAI) will organise the 83rd National Garment Fair (NGF) – Kidswear Edition from June 22 to 24, 2026, at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Nesco, Mumbai.
The fair, one of India’s largest B2B apparel sourcing events, is expected to attract buyers, retailers, distributors, wholesalers, e-commerce platforms and industry stakeholders from across the country.
Spread across more than 2.25 lakh sq ft of exhibition space, the event will feature over 630 kidswear brands showcasing infantwear, toddlers’ apparel, juniors’ collections, occasion wear, casual wear, fashion apparel, accessories and allied categories.
India’s kidswear apparel market is estimated at around US$ 22 billion, or nearly Rs 2 lakh crore, making it one of the most significant segments within the country’s apparel industry. The category has recorded 8% growth over the previous year and is projected to grow at a CAGR of 9.4% through 2029.
The kidswear segment is witnessing strong demand due to rising disposable incomes, growing urbanisation, increasing brand consciousness among parents and a shift towards premium yet affordable brands. The expansion of organised retail and e-commerce is also supporting growth in the category.
The edition will showcase brands including Blazo, Trend Domain, Mikke House, Ruff, Danaboi, Deal, DS Yuvraaj, Napoleon, Zeelmil Art, Teddy Bear Kingdom, Lemonmint, Leo N Babes, Little Bull, Blueberry, Ollypop, Peppermint, Zola, Charchit, Gusto, Little Kangaroos, Vitamins, Ethni’ks Neu-Ron, Toffyhouse and Tadpole, among others.
Santosh Katariya, President, CMAI, said the Kidswear Edition has returned with greater scale and stronger industry interest after the success of its inaugural standalone edition last year. He said the segment has emerged as one of the most dynamic categories in apparel, supported by favourable demographics, rising aspirations and demand for quality branded apparel.
Rohit Munjal, Chairman, CMAI Fair Sub-committee, said this year’s Kidswear Edition has recorded a 10% increase in exhibitor participation over the previous edition, reflecting growing confidence in NGF as a business platform.
Anand Chokshi, Joint Chairman, Fair Sub-committee, CMAI, said buyer registrations have increased by 20% over last year, underlining strong demand in one of the fastest-growing categories of the apparel market.
Over the years, the National Garment Fair has established itself as a trusted B2B trade platform for business partnerships, retail expansion, market access and networking across the apparel value chain.
