Surat-based textile manufacturer, Laxmipati Sarees, Siddhi Vinayak Knots & Prints Pvt Ltd is one of the leading manufacturers in polyester saree and women dress material in India. Sanjay Sarawagi, its Director, places great value on high-quality products. The company had always taken initiatives on pollution control, safety and conservation of energy.
Considering the growing competition and also to further improve upon the fabric quality, Laxmipati Sarees had installed one German-made Brückner stenter in early 2010. This line consisting of eight drying chambers has a vertical chain system and is designed for heat-setting of polyester fabric with high twist yarns at a maximum speed of 100 m/min. Experiencing the performance of this first machine, Rakesh Sarawagi, Director was keen to go for a  second Brückner machine. The new stenter frame will replace the old technology.
