Oeko-Tex traceable product label has
officially certified Premier Linens for the Made in Green category. This means
that an article has been tested for any harmful substance.
The
certification is given if the article qualifies the test as per the Standard
100 by Oeko-Tex criteria. ‘Made in Green’ certification also guarantees that
the leather and textile product has been manufactured using sustainable
processes considering socially responsible working conditions as per Step by Oeko-Tex.
The ID on the
Made In Green label can be traced by the customers to trace the countries and
production facilities under which the article was produced. This gives
traceability to the consumers regarding the article.
The Premier
Group of companies has decided on sustainability across its operations. The
factories of the group are equipped with a modern effluent treatment plant
where almost 99% water is reused and 70% of energy is renewable. The energy is
also generated through windmills. The factories are also well equipped with bio
gas plants and waste management systems.
