Polysistec has launched a new and innovative process for polyamide preparation and dyeing.
Polysistec has launched a new complete process for polyamide (PA) preparation and dyeing. With this new innovative system, it is possible to reduce substantially common problems that arise with PA fabrics, such as unleveling, differences of affinity, lack of fastness, long dyeing process, water consumption, etc. Thus, Polysistec widens the range of products for PA finishing and gives new answers to the market.

This new process fulfills OEKO-TEX Standard 100 January 2015 regulations applied over fabric and also all regulations requested by main distribution companies.

Polysistec has integrated under one unique process, to requirements of the final end-users:

  • Possibility of reducing common affinity differences for this type of fiber, just with small superficial modification of the article. Products used in this case are our SCODET SPA and LEDIGAL PA.
  • Possibility of reducing Dichroism, for combination of turquoise and yellow. Also, levelling in exhaustion curve for very different types of dyes. This point is achieved by using our products LEDIGAL TQ and ADIDYE pH.
  • Possibility of fixing dyes in the same dyeing bath at the same time we are levelling them. With this system we reduce the total time and we improve the most common fastness, like water, washing, sweat, seawater fastness, etc. In this case the product involved is our FIXERON IP.
  • Possibility of improving most special fastness, like yellowing, chlorine´ Also, applying existing finishing products.

All of this, along with other auxiliaries and optical brighteners, in order to cover all range of possibilities of work. All this range follows all standards and regulations included under ECHA and REACH Declaration. Polysistec is a ISO 9001:2008 certified company.

Polysistec, Spain started its activities in 1995, initially focusing on the design, manufacture and sale of chemical products for the textile industry. Later in the year 2005 the company began a diversification strategy creating the Industrial Business Unit which offers products for different sectors.

The continued research for new products and applications along with a policy of sustainability and respect for the environment have led to a progressive and constant presence in markets around the world.

In the facilities of Castellar del Vallès (Barcelona) R & D developments are performed in order to respond to each of our clients´ needs. All this combined with the continued assistance provided by our Technical & Sales department, are the basis of the business.
