Lakshmi Card Clothing (LCC) is a global leader in providing complete card room solutions. For more than five decades, LCC has delivered innovative products that surpassed expectations of the customers with its brilliant technology and high-quality output. Since its inception in 1960, LCC has continuously innovated and used the best of technology to manufacture revolutionary products with unmatched capacity. The latest addition to their product range is Centura, a highly innovative cylinder wire, Contra the ingeniously designed flat tops, and stationary flat tops Edge+ with its unique design to increase life and to maintain more consistency in yarn quality.

Centura, with its ingeniously distinctive profile, is designed to keep the fibres closer to the tip of the Cylinder wire for intensive carding action and more efficient nep removal and reduction in yarn imperfections. Centura is equipped with a more supportive area to the working tip that enhances reliability and consistency on delivery and helps to increase the life of the wire.

Contra flat tops is a patented design with an innovative construction with canal paths to divert the linear path of the fibres in opposite direction alternatively. The twist and turns of the fibre flow are the masterstrokes of the flat tops that enable better carding and the best yarn. The major advantages include enhanced action of fibre separation between cylinder and flat tops resulting in reduction of neps in the sliver and yarn imperfections.

Edge+ is the new age stationary flat tops that is innovatively built for super high production cards to maintain the quality of the sliver. It comes with a special surface treatment that considerably increases the life and renders aesthetic appearance. The all-new Nil Trash Arrangement (NTA) and special surface finish Stationary flat tops Edge+ result in minimised downtime and run-in period – a game changer in the carding industry.

LCC with these master quality products and accessories has taken the carding industry to a whole new dimension promising the best in terms of quality and production. LCC participated in the prestigious ITMA at Barcelona where they showcased their stellar innovations Centura, Contra And Edge+.
