Born on December 17, 1957, Ujjwal Narayan Uke is Principal Secretary (Textiles) Government of Maharashtra. He has completed his B.A. (Economics)/P.G. Diploma in Marketing Management, and MBA in marketing. Before becoming the Principal Secretary of Textiles division, he was the Commissioner, Integrated Child Development Scheme (SCDS).

Following last year’s successful introduction of its Textile Spray Applicator in Europe and the United States, and with the constantly increasing demand for energy, water and chemistry savings, Baldwin launched its new industrial spray system for textile finishing and impregnation on the Asian market. The product was presented at ITMA. The Spray Applicator technology has been available in the printing industry for more than 30 years, with Baldwin’s 40,000 installed units making it a market leader.
