Friedberg, Germany

AUTEFA
presentations at ITMA Asia will be based on topics like higher productivity,
industry 4.0 compatible solutions, and sustainability. The latest machines from
other business units will be featured later. The company will explain the key
advantages of the full range of the AUTEFA Solutions textile equipment
portfolio at the ITMA Asia at Hall 7, Stand A24. Visitors will also get to know
about the technical and economical benefits of AUTEFA.

With the help of
the latest patented 3-level Closed Loop Control System, the company has
developed quality improvement techniques in needle punching. The control system
adjusts the profile at the cross lapper and the scanner evaluates the weight distribution
in the final product. The system also incorporates the WebMax Web Profile
Control, so that the fabric is regular in both directions. This results in cost
and material saving as well as fabric uniformity.

The company also
offers the entire range from fibre transport to baler, strapped bales, wrapped
bales, and bale transport. To avoid bottlenecks in the fibre production
logistics the company has the Uni-Fork System.
The company has been able to set the benchmark for the fast-growing
fibre line capacities.

There is a huge
demand for natural fibres for sports and leisure wear. The finer micron wools
are required in such cases which means that the finer fibre is to be produced
using spinners. AUTEFA Solutions machines have excellent quality
in the case of cashmere, alpaca, and wool. The speed of the machine is precise
which ensures consistency and evenness in yarn production. AUTEFA Solutions
OCTIR-Dragon Multitrave worsted and semi-worsted cards take care of the quality
of the tops.
