App will support buyers, exhibitors, delegates and visitors.

Textile Secretary Neelam Shami Rao has launched the Bharat Tex 2026 Mobile App, a unified digital platform designed for buyers, exhibitors, delegates and visitors participating in Bharat Tex 2026.

The app has been developed as a digital companion for the textile community and reflects the event’s technology-led approach to improving networking, business interactions and visitor convenience.

Bharat Tex 2026 will be held from 14 to 17 July 2026 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The event is expected to attract more than 7,000 international buyers, over 1.3 lakh trade visitors, industry leaders and global stakeholders.

The exhibition will showcase India’s complete textile value chain, covering fibres, yarns, apparel, technical textiles, handlooms, handicrafts and sustainable textile solutions.

The Bharat Tex 2026 app will provide event navigation, venue guidance, exhibitor discovery tools, B2B meeting scheduling, digital badges, QR-based lead capture, session access, agenda planning and real-time alerts.

A key feature of the app is an AI-powered Smart Assistant, designed to offer 24×7 support for attendees. Users will be able to access information on venue details, event schedules, booth locations, directions, session timings and general event assistance.

The app also includes networking and lead management tools, allowing participants to search business contacts, send and manage meeting requests, track confirmed meetings and capture digital leads. Its QR-based Lead Wallet system enables users to scan digital badges and securely save contact details for future engagement.

Bharat Tex 2026 is being organised by the Bharat Tex Trade Federation with support from the Ministry of Textiles. Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 5F vision of Farm to Fibre to Factory to Fashion to Foreign, the event aims to position India as a globally competitive, sustainable and innovation-led textile destination.
