Exhaust systems for weavers & processors

The designing composition of the fume and hot air exhaust system is based on an excellent engineering in textile weaving and process house machinery for fume and hot air generated during the machine operations. The system is so designed to ensure that it provides a comfortable working environment for the employees working in the department and also ensure a quite cool and healthy atmosphere in the department.

"AEROVENT" make or any other reputed make fume suction exhaust hood can be installed with tube axial flow fans, exhaust centrifugal blowers with fume extract ducting complete with fresh air systems as per the requirements. The fume suction exhaust hood and dusting is suitable for any make or type of textile weaving and processing machinery.

Designing, manufacturing, installation commissioning of fume and hot air exhaust systems for weaving & process house machinery, which includes the following: Sizing machine, hot flue, vertical drying range, hot air stenter, mercerising, indigo rope dying, yarn dying, and warping.
