Taiwan showcases next-gen textile technology for India

Taiwan’s textile machinery industry enjoys a sterling global
reputation because of its ability to deliver outstanding products. With its
emphasis on high quality and reliable service, the industry excels at providing
flexible technologies and textile-integrated systems. In order to familiarise
Indian enterprises with the latest developments of Taiwanese textile machinery,
a webinar was held on April 29, 2021. Organised by the Bureau of Foreign Trade
(BOFT), MOEA, Taiwan, R.O.C., and the Taiwan External Trade Development Council
(TAITRA), representatives from four leading Taiwanese textile machinery
companies, namely: LOGIC ART AUTOMATION, PAILUNG MACHINERY MILL, ACME MACHINERY
INDUSTRY, and HSING CHENG MACHINERY, presented their advanced products. The
event attracted over 275 viewers.

In the main section of the webinar, Taiwan Excellence
Awarding-winning enterprises introduced their latest solutions and
technologies.

LOGIC ART: Dye House Total Solution


Logic Art, the only integrated enterprise provides the only
“Dye House Total Solution” in the world, offering a total solution for the
textile dyeing industry. They undertake and integrate the process of dyeing,
such as dyestuff storage, lab for the color-management, central control for
stenter and dyeing machines. The solution includes an automatic powder dyestuff
weighing system, an automatic chemical (auxiliary) distribution system, an
automatic dyestuff dissolving and distribution system with RFID, a lab
dispenser system, and a supervisor center. Logic Art puts significant efforts
into upgrading their complete solutions and supporting the textile dyeing
industry to achieve smart and integrated production.

PAILUNG: Why smart knitting?

Pailung, which was focused on smart knitting projects for
several years, has been changed due to Industry 4.0 wave. Pailung has launched
an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and a POMS (Pailung Online Monitoring
System) to respond to the varying market and complex data management. Their
smart knitting machine provides services including optimizing the time of
machine adjustment and accuracy, upgrading the management efficacy of stocks
