ANDRITZ bags order to supply spunlace line in China

ANDRITZ, an international technology group,
has received a repeat order from Zhejiang Saintyear Textile Co Ltd to supply a
second high-speed spunlace line for premium-quality nonwoven goods.

Zhejiang
Saintyear Textile, based in China has decided to rely on ANDRITZ once again
within nine months of placing the first order for a complete high-speed
spunlace line. This time the company has placed an order for another line that
is dedicated to the production of first-class wipes and the production capacity
for lightweight fabrics will be a maximum of 2,800 kg per hour.

ANDRITZ has
decided to offer a full line with state-of-the-art equipment that will include
everything from web forming to drying, opening and blending machines from
Laroche which include a proven JetlaceEssentiel unit for hydroentanglement, the
efficient neXdry through-air dryer, and the two inline TT cards. These have
been recently acquired by the ANDRITZ GROUP.

Zhejiang
Saintyear Textile Co, founded in 1981, is one of the world leaders in the
fabric industry. It is the core subsidiary of Saintyear Holding Group. The
company produces an output of more than 500 million meters of different kinds
of fabrics, hemp, blending fibres, different range of cotton, yarn-dyed, and
technical textiles.

According to Li
Yi Ming, CEO, Saintyear Textile Co, nowadays, Spunlace nonwovens are a must as
they are versatile and the company wants to offer the best quality nonwovens to
its customers. That is why the brand has chosen the benchmarking company
ANDRITZ to produce premium roll goods that offer the best performance and
runnability. He added that the brand has already purchased a complete spunlace
line which will be put into operations in mid- 2022. He also said that the
company will not hesitate in ordering a second line as it has developed good
trust relations with ANDRITZ.
