The Indian Heritage zone will also feature live craft demonstrations by master craftsmen and National Awardees, offering visitors a rare opportunity to witness traditional skills and techniques being practised in real time on the show floor.

The Indian Heritage, initiative by HGH India, returns at the 19th edition, scheduled from June 30 to July 3, 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai, as a focused platform to demonstrate the fine skills of India’s artisans, craftsmen and weavers to trade.

Over the last 10 editions, HGH India’s Indian Heritage initiative has evolved into a vibrant expression of art, craftsmanship and culture through skills such as handicrafts, painting, embroidery, pottery, woodwork, weaving and metal art, which today find their way into contemporary home décor, textiles, houseware and gifting. The dedicated zone creates a valuable platform to connect timeless Indian craftsmanship with modern retail opportunities, helping preserve heritage skills while opening new avenues for growth, design relevance, market reach and promotes sustainable growth of the sector.

The Indian Heritage zone will also feature live craft demonstrations by master craftsmen and National Awardees, offering visitors a rare opportunity to witness traditional skills and techniques being practised in real time on the show floor. Among the featured artisans are Raisuddin, known for high-quality ceramic pots and authentic Khurja pottery; Sumar Khatri, a Rogan artist who has helped preserve this rare 400-year-old painting art form; Rakesh Petigara, honoured for Surat’s GI-tagged Saadeli Wood Craft; and Sagar Kumar Singh, demonstrating intricate metal carving.

At the 19th edition, retailers, institutional buyers and gift buyers can also source from a diverse collection spanning handicrafts, handwoven textiles, ethnic décor, jute and coir products, pottery, woodcraft and metal artistry from different regions spread over three halls, under one roof, adding distinctive value alongside their regular ranges.

The Indian Heritage initiative is further supported by the Ministry of Textiles, Ministry of MSME, Government of India State Governments of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Haryana and various Government and private institutions.
