With an extensive career spanning over 25 years in the textile and apparel sector, Carey has consistently led ground-breaking initiatives in sustainable innovation, circular economy strategies, and global industry partnerships. Her ability to align business growth with environmental responsibility has made her a driving force in reshaping the fashion supply chain. 

Tricia has been a catalyst for sustainable transformation throughout her career, winning acclaim for her innovative approach to global partnerships and thought leadership on fashion sustainability. At Lenzing Fibers, she played an essential role in introducing and expanding the TENCEL brand across North America, helping establish it as a benchmark for responsible fibre innovation. Her ability to build strong collaborations with mills, retailers, and brands fostered long-term industry-wide adoption of sustainable materials. She also spearheaded Carved in Blue, a globally recognised platform that has driven dialogue and thought leadership on sustainability topics. 

Most recently, at Renewcell, Tricia was instrumental in promoting Circulose, a breakthrough recycled material that has helped redefine circularity in fashion. Her work highlighted the critical need for collaboration between material innovators, brands, and policymakers to drive systemic change.
