Fashinza – a
global B2B manufacturing start-up – has announced that it is going to hire a
new Senior Leader to drive its global and international expansion.

As the demand
for the goods of the company is increasing, the company has hired a new
executive leader Rajesh Meena as the Head of Operations. The company has also
received funding from Accel Partners, Elevation Capital, Anand Ahuja, and
actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja. The goal of the company is to strengthen its
position in the Indian and global market as a fashion and sustainable brand
that also offers solutions for small and medium factories, designers, garment
manufacturers and others who want to succeed in the industry.

The joining of
Rajesh Meena in the leadership team is significant of the fact that
the company is in its expansion process. He has done B.Tech from IIT Bombay and
PGDM from IIM Bangalore. He has experience of 15 years in the industry. He is
going to play an important role in helping the company bridge the gap between
the brands and suppliers. He is also going to look after mobility, sales,
operations, and supply chain.  He is also
going to onboard factories; ensure auditing, identifying model factories, and
achieving accurate supplier-brand. He will also be responsible for making sure
that there is 100% visibility in terms of TNA, timely delivery, and minimizing
rejections.
