Embee’s latest innovative textile rotary printing solutions

They are showcasing their latest innovations in one of the biggest textile machinery exhibition ITME Africa 2020, which is held from February 14-16, 2020 in booth No: B-30 of Millennium hall. They are also participating in another exhibition DTG 2020, which is in Bangladesh. This exhibition will be held from February 20-23, 2020. Their complete package includes pre print, print and post print solutions for rotary screen printing. Each solution is incorporated with their latest innovations which are deep rooted with their vision. Pre print solution mainly focuses on screen preparation and colour paste preparation. Embee is India’s leading and largest manufacturer of screen preparation and colour preparation machinery and equipments. Ready Screen is their latest innovation which is a complete engraving plant for screen preparation. Similarly, Smart Color is a complete package for colour paste preparation. The latest innovations in engraving plant includes LaserBird – laser screen stripping machine and SmartLaser – laser screen engraving machine.

Embee’s printing solution is a perfect key for modern day textile printers who are facing numerous challenges today and demanding a state of the art machine which gives high accuracy, sharp printing results, high volume, high speed printing and all combined in one package. They have solution for production printing as well as sample printing. For production printing, Embee offers their best selling models Infinium, InfiniumiD and MBZ 10. Embee’s latest innovation InfiniumiD is made with European technology and it’s a hi-end premium model with features such as Servo Individual Drive System, Repeat Setting, Touch Screen Individual Head, Touch Screen Main Panel and Remote Assistance. Sample printing machines includes fixed and rotating blanket rotary sample printing machine and colour strike off machine.

The post print solutions include washing equipment, which is required such as multiple rotary screen washer machine, multiple squeegee washer machine and drum washers.
