Dow India among top employers of women

Dow India has been recognised as one of the Top 100 ‘Best Places to Work at’ for women in India by AVTAR rankings in collaboration with Working Women magazine, a celebrated gender parity champion in the United States. Dow India has deployed multiple initiatives to enable the female workforce to develop and grow their careers. These include mentoring, leadership training, external coaching, executive presence, and certifications from premier schools. The company is committed to provide best in class policies and programs to develop and retain female talent and facilitate their growth.
