In a first, India will have its own size chart for ready-to-wear clothes. The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), New Delhi under the Ministry of Textiles will undertake an extensive research study to develop a comprehensive size chart for the ready-to-wear garment industry based on body measurements of the Indian population.

Dow India recently announced that Chandrakant ‘Chandra’ Nayak, currently Product Director for Polyurethanes in Asia-Pacific has been assigned to lead as Sales Director for Polyurethanes & POPG in Middle East, Africa and India,etc.

Dr Frank Heislitz, currently Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Freudenberg Performance Materials, will take over the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Freudenberg Performance Materials with effect from April 1, 2018. Dr Heislitz succeeds Bruce Olson, who will retire at the end of March 2018 after 11 years of outstanding work for Freudenberg.
