Aleph installs1st LaForte Paper in Italy

The great industrial format plotter has a very high production capacity that can reach a speed of 600 sq m/hour.

A few months after its official launch, the first LaForte Paper developed and manufactured by Aleph has been installed at an historic Italian company, the Tintoria e Stamperia di Lambrugo Spa which has been operating successfully since 1945 for the fashion industry.

This first installation is the beginning of the development of the Italian market for LaForte printers that is also spreading internationally and foresee the production of machines dedicated to emerging markets and also the opening of a new office Aleph in Istanbul for the direct management of the Turkish and Indian markets.

The meeting point between the two companies with headquarters in the Como district of the textile is represented on one hand by the need to equip itself with, high performing advanced products, able to guarantee the tightest production timing and on the other the ability to design innovative tools commensurate to the specific needs.

Developed for digital printing on transfer paper by the engineers of Aleph, the great industrial format plotter has a very high production capacity that can reach a speed of 600 sq m/hour. The maximum resolution is 1,200 dpi, with a piezoelectric technology of variable-drop jetting up to eight print heads, with a precision of progress below 20 microns.

Aleph has invested heavily in designing robust, state-of-the-art machines but has focused mainly on achieving a final result of naturally flawless to offer a uniform colour output to accentuate the defined and authentic effect, without unsightly dimples. The automatic further improved heads alignment , the stability of the print support (Through a patented aspirated system) and the new software matrix for the points arrangement are the elements that guarantee an exceptional performance compared to competitors machines, bringing LaForte printers a step even higher for innovation and competence.
