On a sequential basis, consolidated revenue declined marginally by 0.85 per cent from Rs 5,262.37 lakh in Q4 FY26. However, PBT increased 14.53% from Rs 300.76 lakh, while PAT rose 27.93% from Rs 197.34 lakh. EPS increased 20.9 per cent sequentially from Rs 1.10.

Vipul P Shah, Managing Director, Vipul Organics, said the quarterly performance reflected continued strength in the company’s core businesses and progress in its diversification into new segments. He added that cost optimisation measures were beginning to support margin expansion.

With its current capital expenditure cycle completed, the company expects to pursue its next phase of growth. Vipul Organics said its membrane division remains on track to contribute an additional revenue stream.

The company is also finalising an internal long-term roadmap, Vision 2045, which it plans to share with shareholders subsequently.
