Located in Gurgaon, A M Innospin Systems specialises in spinning and material handling. Incepted in the year 1989, the company [today] has grown into a multi-activity organisation with the background of textile technologists having vast experience at various levels in the industry. A M Innospin has its manufacturing base at Faridabad, which is very well known as the manufacturing hub for precision automotive parts.

Sensing the need of Indian textile industries from time to time, AM Innospin is providing custom-designed turn key project of automation in material handling and transport for in process material such as roving bobbins and shop-floor management of cans in the textile using the RFID technology.

A M Innospin offers a wide range of products for the textile industry including roving transport system, auto cone packing systems, spinning rings and adapter, and spinning accessories.

A M Innospin I.M.P.A.C.T.

A M Innospin I.M.P.A.C.T. is an intelligent system, which monitors and controls all individual machines, moving parts, energy, air consumption and environment, etc. of a plant/industry or any such establishment.

Not only does the system raise an alarm before or breakdown occurs, it even informs the supervisor about the possible reasons of the faults and keeps a record of it for further analysis as well.

I.M.P.A.C.T.further self-analyses all such records and on the basis of analytical data, uses artificial intelligence to predict the nature and cause of the faults. The system is also coupled with our Asset Management System. I.M.P.A.C.T., which provides all the details of energy consumption and air consumption in the plant.

How it works?

Machine sensing: Accurate sensing is the most important aspect of I.M.P.A.C.T. Various sensors are connected to vital parts of the machines which sense the changes in their behaviour as required. Some of the popular sensor types used are temperature sensors, humdity sensors, vibration sensors, energy meters and air mass flow sensors.

Real time data collection: the system is equipped to collect the 24 x 7 data emanating from all such sensors in real time to store it for further analysis in the I.M.P.A.C.T. BOX – the heart of the entire system.

Data analysis: I.M.P.A.C.T. then analyses this data through the intelligent software on the analytical engine for further warnings, alarms, maintenance and asset management.

Alarm generation for preventive actions: based on the analytical data, I.M.P.A.C.T. develops its intelligence. It learns from previous events and gives warnings and raises alarms when fault occurs or is about to occur. The system sends notification to the supervisors and managers via SMS as well as email automatically.

Scheduled maintenance: I.M.P.A.C.T. keeps records of the maintenance activity on day-to-day basis and self-learns, thereby predicting long term maintenance trends and faults by data analysis. Based on the above, the system is capable of re-designing existing maintenance schedules and keeping inventories on time.

I.M.P.A.C.T. and asset management system: the combination of the data, its analysis and alarms compiled by the asset management system provides a very valuable insight into every asset in the company, be it the men, machines, maintenance, or materials being used.
