In this very special year, the 2019 edition of ITMA takes place in Barcelona and Bianco displayed its latest innovations and best-selling machines.
Inno-Pad
Bianco Inno-pad is an innovative compact textile machine product that will be presented for the first time in ITMA 2019. It is an impregnation line based on deep exchange technology to obtain good impregnation in a short amount of time. The line was studied for easy maintenance and a simple system to clean it, combined with an impregnation padder and axial winder for A-frame.
Stenter inlet Evo relax
New stenter inlet with Happy Scour EVO PLUS, vacuum system, impregnation padder and weft straightener. The new Happy Scour is the result of more than 200 machines installed and four years of experience. The most important improvements are a new body with optimisation of space, new nozzle position and greater quantity of them. New position of the oil filter, dragging roller on the exit of the machine with loop control. Vacuum system with double absorption pipe. This is an alternative to put after the Happy Scour instead of the traditional squeezing padder. The vacuum will remove the water and some additional residual oil. Impregnation padder to be used for preparation of the fabrics before printing or for optical white, including exit with Loop Control. Optical weft-straightener with new interface panel optimized and integrated with pick counter of last generation.
Slitting line Evo relax
Bianco has improved the cutting performance of its machines with the new sensor SK4. The EVO RELAX version gives the same result as of the Tensionless version, but it uses less space due to the implementation of the Loop Control system. The machine was designed to reduce the installation time too.
Open width compactor with rubber belt (hybrid)
Felt compactor with the biggest drum on the market: 600 mm. It provides better dimensional stability to the fabric and higher productivity. The full version machine incorporates the control width with Mistav sensor, controls the weight using the Weightex (X-ray) and the residual humidity with Hygrotex. The customer can control all the dimensional points and adjust the settings depending on the result, directly in the machine. Together with the felt compactor, our rubber belt with the latest technology increases the compacting performance. The machine incorporates a bypass and the brushing system to clean the surface of the drum on the edge.
Inspection & packing machine (industry4.0 standard)
Bianco creates innovative systems and high technology machines for automation and control, converting machinery, especially inspecting, cutting rolling and packing systems. Thanks to their modularity and versatility, Bianco CLEVER, MAGNIFICA, SMART are suitable for processing most of the materials: technical textile, nonwoven, coated fabrics, laminated fabrics, paper, plastic and rubber.
Traversing weightex
Bianco Weightex Traversing system is a contactless system which, using soft low-energy X-ray, is able to give precise weight measurements on different kinds of materials without radiation hazard.
Twister device
Bianco Twister is a unique machine patented and already in the market for more than 10 years. Bianco Twister is the only device with automatic spirality control in tubular fabrics. The machine is integrated with the new version camera system to detect the weft and the column.
