This improves moisture content in yarn, gives reduced fly liberation, needle breaks, resulting better performance of knitting & reduced rejection of fabrics

Sieger Spintech Equipments, a pioneer in yarn conditioning systems in India, delivers superior results with its pre-conditioning & Yarn conditioning Auto line system. With over three decades of experience in yarn conditioning and one decade in Auto line systems, Sieger has emerged as the leader in both yarn conditioning and Auto line systems.

It is clearly known to the textile industry that tensile properties in terms of single yarn strength, elongation, reduced CV per cent of single yarn, elongation, reduced weak points in strength & elongation, reduced CV per cent of strength and elongation. This will give improved performance in warping, weft insertion, and knitting.

Sieger has done an analysis of improvement in tensile properties without Pre conditioning + Conditioning Auto line System in 3 geographical locations in India. One located in the South, another in the West, and the third in the Northern region of India. Irrespective of region, we are able to get 2.4 to 2.6 per cent gain in yarn weight. This improves moisture content in yarn, gives reduced fly liberation, needle breaks, resulting better performance of knitting & reduced rejection of fabrics.

While analysing tensile properties we are able to get 1/3rd lesser strength CV, 4 per cent improved RKM, 10 per cent reduced RKM CV per cent, 18 per cent improved elongation, 20 per cent reduced elongation & CV per cent, 24 per cent lesser strengthweak places, 97 per cent reduced elongation weak places, 95 per cent reduced weak places in terms strength & elongated both together.

The huge improvement in tensile properties will definitely yield better results, in terms of warping, weft insertion, and knitting. It is evident that the better tensile properties will yield better premium for the yarn, another notable point is all these 3 studies were done, were 100 per cent cotton compact spun yarn. Even after compact spinning, pre conditioning + yarn conditioning autoline system is able to reduce weak points extensively.

With this study it is clearly proven that the pre conditioning & conditioning auto line systems is a boon for cotton yarn spinners giving great commercial and technical benefits.
