Reyes Groupe sells Verdol assets to Saurer

Saurer and Reyes Groupe are pleased to announce the sale of some Verdol assets to Saurer. Reyes Groupe has concluded the deal of selling its Verdol parts and service business to the Saurer Business Unit Allma Volkmann. This deal is a win-win solution for the two companies. For Allma Volkmann it is the opportunity to further improve the leadership position in textile market. At the same time Reyes Groupe can be sure that Verdol customers are well taken care of allowing Reyes to focus on its core business in the energy market (oil & gas, nuclear, hydraulic, ´) and to expand into new national and international markets while consolidating its existing positions.

Since 40 years, Reyes Groupe has developed offers adapted to environments where regulations, certifications, specifications are an extreme level:

  • Mechanical engineering for nuclear waste treatment solutions
  • Electromechanical Engineering: Control cabinet, MCC/PCC switchboards,
  • E-House (Electrical shelter, Containers, Skids, Trailers), Electrical & Instrumentation Services on Oil & Gas onshore and offshore worksites, commissioning.
