Reyes Groupe has concluded the deal of selling its Verdol parts and service business to the Saurer Business Unit Allma Volkmann. This deal is a win-win solution for the two companies. For Allma Volkmann it is the opportunity to further improve the leadership position in textile market. At the same time Reyes Groupe can be sure that Verdol customers are well taken care of allowing Reyes to focus on its core business in the energy market (oil & gas, nuclear, hydraulic, ´) and to expand into new national and international markets while consolidating its existing positions.
