Trident Limited made to this list for its
outstanding safety policies for women working in the organization. According to
ET, this company has not only ensured its workplace is gender-neutral and
promoted equality, but also created an encouraging atmosphere for the women
employees.

According to Minakshi
Arora, the brand has a Diversity & Inclusion council, named Asmita, which
ensures there are no gender gaps during the hiring process, compensations and
promotions. She also added that with Asmita, the company was able to hire women
from all sections of the society and also hired differently-abled women. Women
