New product launches strengthen compliance-focused safety offerings.

VENUS Safety & Health Pvt. Ltd. has expanded its personal protective equipment (PPE) and advanced air filtration portfolio with a range of new products, reinforcing its focus on manufacturing-led growth and compliance-driven safety solutions. The company introduced new offerings across respiratory protection, firefighting equipment, head and hearing safety, and industrial air filtration.

The newly launched portfolio includes a range of reusable respiratory masks, new earmuff models for hearing protection, the H-1500 safety helmet, and India’s first IS 10245 (Part 2)-approved self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) system designed to meet firefighting standards. The company also introduced advanced air filtration solutions tailored for industrial applications, targeting industries, healthcare, and critical infrastructure sectors.

The product launches and the company’s growth roadmap were presented during a media interaction at its manufacturing facilities in Navi Mumbai. The facilities, certified under ISO 9001:2015 standards, follow stringent operating procedures and house a comprehensive in-house testing laboratory supporting the entire product range.

VENUS Safety conducts batch-wise testing and maintains a digital database of test records to ensure traceability and quality assurance. Its facility performs specialized evaluations aligned with international standards such as NIOSH and CE, including chemical gas capacity testing for respirators, precision lens refraction testing for eye protection products, and dedicated SCBA Class 2 testing for firefighting and emergency response equipment.

Commenting on the launches, Mahesh Kudav, Chairman and Managing Director, VENUS Safety & Health Pvt. Ltd., said, “Demand for safety and health solutions is increasingly being driven by stricter regulations, higher compliance expectations, and greater awareness across industries. Our focus has been on building manufacturing depth and technology capabilities that allow us to deliver reliable, globally compliant products at scale. The newly launched products reflect this approach and support our long-term growth across both domestic and international markets.”

Founded in 1986, the company operates manufacturing facilities spanning over 6 lakh sq. ft., with a daily production capacity of up to 1.5 million units and exports to more than 32 countries. It plans to further strengthen capacity, product innovation, and export expansion amid rising industrial activity and workplace safety awareness.
