Rieter has opened two new repair stations in Chandigarh and Coimbatore in India. With the integration of the Autoconer winding machine business and the opening of the two service locations, Rieter now offers repair services for the entire product portfolio in India. Rieter has been offering repair services in the country since 1995.

Rieter repairs products quickly  and professionally. The service offering spans from electronic and mechanical repairs through to preventive repairs. The company operates a global network of service stations, located in close proximity to customers. After-sales services help customers get the most out of their products and services throughout their lifetime, making mills more competitive and resilient while enabling them to adapt faster to changing market demands.

“We are proud and happy to further strengthen our market position in India by opening two new service stations. Customer proximity and a broad service offering from mechanical to electronic repairs is key for us,” says Rico Randegger, Head of Business Group After Sales, at the inauguration of the new spinning and winding machine repair stations in Chandigarh and Coimbatore.
