The Knit Concern Group, founded in 1990 is specialised in the production of high-quality warp-knitted and knitted fabric. At the beginning Knit Concern had about 500 workers. In the meantime, the company has grown and is one of the biggest textile producers in Bangladesh.

Zhejiang Wang Jin Nonwoven plans to invest RMB 660 million for a total of 8 new spunlace lines with advanced technology from Truetzschler to explore opportunities in new markets. Truetzschler and Zhejiang Wang Jin signed an agreement to supply two spunlace lines. One line is a high speed carding line including the well-known random roller technology. This line will fulfill highest demands and will deliver outstanding web quality at highest speeds.

Textile filament has been one of the fastest growing segments for PA6, increasing from 32 per cent of global demand in 2010 to 36 per cent in 2016. But by 2030, textile filament is expected to be only 34 per cent of total PA6 demand. “For the last decade China has been the epicenter of the global PA6/PA66 industry.

The strategic alliance between Huntsman and Jihua Group will help further strengthen the two companies’ capabilities of serving their customers in China and speed up their expansion in the country while raising standards for the whole industry.
