Norlanka Brands enters B2C Business in India

Norlanka Brands is going to come up with
Lilly + Sid, the organic award-winning British kidswear brand in India.

Lilly + Sid works with SEDEX certified
factories and each of the products by the company has received Global Organic
Textile Standard (GOTS) certification. This certification is known to be the
leading textile processing standard for organic fibres.

The brand is also launching the private
label brands of PDS Multinational in the Middle East, India, and the South East
Asian market. Norlanka Brands has recently acquired a majority stake in Lilly +
Sid, UK and has also introduced the brand in India for kid’s clothing that is
made with 100% organic cotton. Lilly + Sid enter the Indian market in a
digitally forward format and have an exclusive tie-up with Reliance Retail’s
fashion marketplace, Ajio.

The kids clothing brand Lilly + Sid was
originally started with the perspective to make clothes for children in such a
way that they are organic and planet-friendly. The brand is now one of
Britain’s top sustainable kids’ wear labels. The brand has also won many
awards, including, the ‘Top 10 Ethical Brands Worldwide’ by Guardian and the
‘Loved By Parents’ Award.

According to GS Periwal, CEO, Norlanka Pvt.
Ltd, kids wear is an important lifestyle focus for parents these days, that is
why, the company has launched an award-winning, certified brand like Lilly +
Sid in India. He also said that the focus is to offer a product line that is sustainable and does not compromise on the
quality of clothing for children. The organic story of Lilly+Sid matches the
philosophy of Norlanka.
