Mayer & Cies circular knitting display

Mayer & Cie China was established in 2003 as a daughter company for the biggest and most famous circular knitting machine manufacturer world wide – Mayer & Cie in Germany.

Mayer Single Line MSC 3.2 34öE32

This machine which is already well established in the Chinese market, will now be available in other countries in South East Asia in a brand new open-width version. The machine is a combination of high speed but with low energy consumption and longer needle life, allowing knitting mills to produce the full range of plain single jersey, pique and fleece fabrics.

Mayer new High production Interlock machine D4-2.2 HPI 30öE24

The latest addition to the Interlock market is the new D4 2.2, a high production machine designed exclusively for polyester filament yarns. With 4.4 feeders per inch, this machine has a notably high production capacity and was originally conceived as an ideal machine for the polyester fabric market in India. The D4 2.2 is based on Mayer & Cies C4 2.2 model albeit with double the number of cams (2 cams per cam block) and 2 tracks on the dial and 2 on the cylinder for increased performance.

Mayer new Full Jacquard machine for the mattress ticking market OVJA1.6 EMS 38ö E20

The third machine on display will be the OVJA 1.6 EMS, a new price aggressive machine for the mattress-ticking sector, which is aimed primarily at those regions taking their first step into the market.High productive with 18 RPM but still extremely flexible with 60 feeds and able to produce wide range of double face fabrics for the home textiles market. The company is intented to compete against Asian brands in those regions taking their first step into the mattress ticking market.
