The recognition reflects PDS’ commitment to building a people-first organisation where trust, collaboration, inclusion and empowerment are embedded into the way the Group operates.

PDS, the global fashion solutions and infrastructure company, today announced that it has been recognised as a Great Place to Work® across 10 countries — India, Hong Kong, Germany, China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, UK, Turkiye, Sri Lanka, and Pakistan.

The recognition reflects PDS’ commitment to building a people-first organisation where trust, collaboration, inclusion and empowerment are embedded into the way the Group operates. The certification is based on direct employee feedback, with close to 90% participation across the surveyed locations, highlighting the strong engagement, trust and confidence employees have in the organisation and its workplace culture.

With a diverse multicultural workforce across geographies, people remain at the centre of its long-term growth strategy. The Group believes that a strong culture is a competitive advantage — one that drives innovation, strengthens

collaboration across geographies and creates sustainable value for customers, partners and stakeholders. Through employee engagement platforms, leadership development programmes, recognition initiatives, wellbeing interventions and open communication forums, PDS continues to invest in creating an inclusive workplace where individuals feel valued, respected and empowered to perform at their best.

Reflecting on the achievement, the Group’s leadership emphasised the role of culture and employee engagement in driving long-term success. “Our people are at the heart of everything we do. This recognition across 10 countries is both a testament and a celebration of our people and the culture they bring to life every day. As we continue to grow globally, we remain committed to continuously raising the bar — ensuring every individual who is part of the PDS family feels valued, inspired, and empowered to grow,” said Pallak Seth, Executive Vice Chairman.

“This certification is more than an accolade, it validates our belief that when individuals are empowered, supported and given opportunities to thrive, they create extraordinary outcomes for the business and our stakeholders. Building a culture of trust, inclusion and continuous growth is not a destination but an ongoing journey, and we remain committed to making PDS a workplace where talent can flourish globally.” — Sanjay Jain, Group CEO

Great Place to Work® Certification is globally recognised as the benchmark for workplace culture and employee experience. Based entirely on employee feedback and a rigorous, research-backed methodology, the certification evaluates the levels of trust, pride and camaraderie within an organisation, providing an independent measure of what makes a workplace truly exceptional.
