JaipurKurti.com declares Period Leave policy for women employees

moves towards building a culture of acknowledgment for women’s organic
necessities. Taking a step towards building a healthy workforce, founding on
trust and compassion, with equally understanding the biological needs of their
women employees, the company announces Period Leaves for its female employees.
Period Leave of 1 day for each month will be available to the women workforce,
amounting to a total of 12 leaves annually.

feel that they own their style, trend & traditions.

 

The
brand is dedicated to women. The Brand is engaged in Women ethnic wears such as
Kurtis, Kurtas, salwar dupattas, pants, palazzos, different variety of bottom
wears, dupattas, Tops, fusion wear, Lounge wears etc target audiences too are
women. Going along with the feminist approach their workforce too majorly
consists of Women. Of the total 200+ employees that they have, 120 are women,
comprising approximately 60% of its total employees.

 

The
aim is to create equality at work and to build a healthier environment at the
workplace. They are celebrating womanhood by introducing this policy.

 

Commenting
on the key announcement Anuj Mundhra, Chairman & MD of Nandani Creation
Limited (Jaipurkurti.com), said “The Period Leave will be accessible every
month to all the women employees of the organization. Additionally, Period
Leave will be beyond the standard leaves and holidays that Nandani Creation
Limited offers to its representatives. Female employees of the organization can
take benefit of their Period Leaves at their sole and to which specific day
they want to avail it.”

 

By
the year 2023, Nandani Creation Limited will expand its offline retail stores
count to 20-25. Key cities like Kota, Sikar, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Bhilwara,
Ganganagar, Neemrana and Alwar in the state of Rajasthan have already been
finalized for offline expansion.

Recently,
the company has made the big announcement of its migration from NSE Emerge to
NSE Main Board.
