ITAMMA’s catalogue show receives positive response

The Indian Textile Accessories & Machinery Manufacturers’ Association (ITAMMA) organised 15th product-cum-catalogue show on February 12, 2016 at The Oasis, Erode, Tamil Nadu, where a well known identity from the industry, D Palanisamy, Chairman, Pallava Group, Erode, was the Chief Guest and inaugurated the show.

The 15th product-cum-catalogue show provided an ideal platform to the textile industry in and around Erode where 50 member-exhibitors of ITAMMA from the area of manufacturers and traders of machines, spare parts and components have participated in the above show.

After the successful 14 product-cum-catalogue shows of ITAMMA held at various places covering each textile clusters of India, this show organised in the textile cluster of Erode received an overwhelming response recording more than 750 foot falls from various spinning, weaving and processing industries in and around Erode. The high number of foot fall was a result of extensive advertisement through display of hoardings at various important areas of population of textile industries. Following ITAMMA’s 50 members participated in the B2B-cum-catalogue display show: Adwaith Lakshmi Industries Limited, Agarwal Engineering Works, Airmaaster Tecnolozies India, Associated Autotex Ancillaries, B. Tex India, Baskara Industries, Canalair Air Solutions, Caretex Engineers, Continental Engineering Industries, Excel Industrial Gears, Gummi-Fab Industries, Indo Texnology, Jacobi Machinery, Jogindra Industries, Krsna Engimech, Lakshmi Ring Travellers, Mag Solvics, Naren Textile Engineers India, P.R. Texpro Engineering, Perfect Equipments, Pipe Agencies, Poornima Enterprises, Prashant Gamatex, Precision Rubber Industries, Reshmi Industries (India), Rishitex Engineering India, Sakthi Associates, Sanjay Plastics & Industrial Services, Sanmit Card Clothing India, Sakthi Textile Engineers, Shree Ram Textile, Sieger Spintech Equipments Pvt, Spinnova, SPI Equipments India, Spin Air Systems Coimbatore, Srinivasa Textile Equipment, Sumanlal J. Shah Sons, Super Tex Industries, Swiss Service Management India, Techno Electronics & Instruments, Tex Tech Industries, Tefoc Accessories, The Commercial Combines, Unirols Airtex, Unirols Card Clothing India, Vetal Textiles & Electronics, White & Company, Rabatex Industries, Sri Ashwin Industriess and Vetri Engineers.

The brochures containing the details of member-participants were distributed to more than 1,500 visitors. The feedback forms were submitted to the member-exhibitors whose analysis is given in the attachment marked as ‘Annexure-I’, which states that about 21 per cent of the exhibitors showed a satisfactory results. The trend of visitors were 80% from the spinning industry; while 12% from weaving and 8% from processing industry.
