He founded InspirOn Engineering in 1973 through a technical collaboration with German company C. Eugen Maier Metallverarbeitung GmbH for manufacturing of critical subassembly called Flyer (Fluegel) used in textile spinning machines.

Prakash Bhagwati?the man behind InspirOn Engineering?had a vision to bring a small company into global arena. He founded InspirOn Engineering in 1973 through a technical collaboration with German company C. Eugen Maier Metallverarbeitung GmbH for manufacturing of critical subassembly called Flyer (Fluegel) used in textile spinning machines. Since then, the company has evolved into one of the largest suppliers of flyers to OEMs across Europe and has added infrastructure for aluminium die-casting, machining and engineering assemblies.

Earlier, the company was a part of A.T.E. Enterprises Pvt Ltd, which is among the world´s leading manufacturers of textile spinning flyers. In fact, InspirOn is taking ahead the success story spun by A.T.E. There has been no looking back since then and till now. InspirOn has sold over 3.5 million flyers across the globe. The flyers are supplied to Indian, European and Chinese OEMs like Lakshmi Machine Works in India, Marzoli in Italy and Electro-Jet in Spain and India, Saurer Schlafhorst in Germany and Zinser Textile System in India, Gossenhainer in Germany.

More than 25,000 InspirOn Flyers are running successfully on various Chinese OEMs – Saurer Jintan, Hebei Taihang Textile Machinery, CMT-HICORP Machinery (Qingdao) Co, Jiangsu Hongyuan Textile Machinery, to name a few. The company has replaced over 1,00,000 flyers of various models of Toyoda & Howa roving frames across the world.

Since 1998, the company has a production capacity of more than 1,50,000 flyers per year. Its flyers are exported to Argentina, Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Egypt, Greece, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Peru, Philippine, Portugal, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, Taiwan, USA and Vietnam. An TUV NORD certified ISO 9001:2008 company, InspirOn also has its cell for providing engineering services like CAD-CAM, FEA & rapid prototyping, reverse engineering & value engineering. Its in-house tool room & CNC machine shop is equipped with Mazak machining centres for precision machining of components & moulds.

Amol Bhagwati, Managing Director and son of Prakash, is continuing the tradition of quality, innovation & inspiration. He is heading finance, marketing, HR and is actively involved in marketing pricing strategy of the products. He is involved in strategic and tactical decisions, market relationship and product development.

Motex JV with Monforts
The global textile industry is metamorphosing, with the advent of an increasing number of international players. This has created a need for modern production processes that conform to global standards. Moving in this direction, InspirOn offers

a sophisticated stenter, which meets the demands of textile finishing globally. Motex stenter embodies the latest in international technology no matter what the application is.

Motex stenter machine manufacturing was started in India by A.T.E. Group by entering into a joint venture with A. Monforts in 1996. In 2002, A.T.E. & A. Monforts disassociated from JV and A.T.E. Group had made first licensing agreement & renewal of licensing was done in 2007 for five years. Initially manufacturing of Motex stenter was done in the name of A.T.E., which was changed to InspirOn in 2007. Likewise, marketing of Motex stenter was done in the name of A.T.E. Marketing, which was later changed to A.T.E. Enterprises.

In order to improve market penetration, InspirOn decided to add channel partners. These channel partners include Innotech, Surat; Nanotek, Delhi NCR; and MM Solution, Mumbai.
