Inditech International’s product portfolio covers all areas of the textile industry from filament spinning plants, industrial yarn spinning plants to processing, textile testing equipment and plant automation.

Diversifying needs of the Indian textile market is seeing a burgeoning demand for highly specialised products from the textiles field. There’s also a huge push from companies to upgrade their existing technologies. In addition, manufacturers too are now looking for making one-of-a-kind product to suit varied requirements.

Inditech International is the front runner in this field of business as a textile machinery supplier. The range of products that the company can offer adheres exactly to this demand whether it is for highly technical high tenacity industrial yarn spinning technology or making completely unique air texturised yarn with combinations of up to five slubs.

Started over fifteen years back, Inditech is the authorised Indian representative of world-renowned Japanese, European and American manufacturers of textile machinery and accessories. It serves both cotton and synthetic fibre worlds. Inditech not only offers state-of-the-art machinery, but also provides technical know-how from distinguished experts in their field as well as technical service and spare parts. The company supports customers from conception to commissioning of new textile projects as well as modernising of existing manufacturing facilities.

The company’s product portfolio covers all areas of the textile industry from filament spinning plants, industrial yarn spinning plants, weaving machines, airbag fabric weaving machines, technical textile machines, texturising machines, carbon fibre machines to processing, finishing, textile testing equipment and plant automation.

Inditech sources out competitively priced products from more than 20 reputed principals spread across the continents. TMT, Tsudakoma, Aiki, Barudan, Yamada, Kasen, AWA, Matsumoto from Japan ; Binsfeld, Lawson Hemphill from USA; Slack & Parr, UK; Cibitex, Gualchierani from Italy, Elteksmak, Beneks & Serteks from Turkey are part of its array of international textile machinery manufacturers.

The company’s principal TMT Machinery Inc, Japan, is supplying the most advanced synthetic spinning plants in the world. It is a pioneer when it comes to synthetic yarn technology, which comes from its giant parent companies Teijin Seiki, Murata and Toray Engineering. In terms of innovation currently TMT is developing an advanced auto threading robot for its spinning machinery. It is basically a robot, which does all the threading on the machinery, which increases efficiency due to lack of human error and at the same time reduces labour costs for our customers.

In the weaving sector, the company represents Tsudakoma, Japan, one of the highest selling weaving loom manufacturers in the world. The only company supplying weaving preparatory machines as well as airjet and waterjet looms, Tsudakoma is another pioneer in its field. All airjet looms of two generations ago were on the four nozzles per one valve technology. Tsudakoma changed the dynamics of the market by switching to two nozzles per valve, which resulted in reduced air consumption thus lower electricity costs for the customer. The company’s current generation airjet looms have improved further and gone to one nozzle per valve while most other loom makers have just switched to the two nozzle per valve technology. Inditech’s most valuable customers are Welspun, to whom Inditech has supplied over 600 looms.

Aiki Riotech from Japan is making highly specialised air texturising machines. Its machine leaps over the overtly competitive atmosphere by allowing its user to make highly-specialised air texturised yarns which are almost impossible to copy. This comes from the technology of five state of the art slubs it provides on its machines, which can be combined to make completely unique yarns. These are almost impossible to duplicate by any competitor unless they know the exact permutation and combination the original maker has used.

Cibitex, Italy, has series of machines designed for finishing and dimensional stability on denim fabric. These machines not only give flawless results but the fabric also has a soft touch hand. Raymond-UCO, KG Fabrics, Tulip Denim are some of the textile giants who have the Cibitex denim line.

The company tries to bring the latest and most advanced technologies from Japan, Europe, the US, etc. to the footstep of its vast network of customers in the organised as well as unorganised sectors. Not only does it benefit its customers, but also the end consumer who gets accessibility to better-quality finished products. As a whole, the company wants to play a part in the evolution of the Indian textile industry turning into one of the most advanced industries in the world.
