Mumbai, Maharashtra

BSE has joined
hands with Dun & Bradstreet Information Services India to create an
ecosystem to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) grow. The entities have
also signed an MOU. According to BSE, the partnership will support SMEs in
India to uncover new suppliers, increase their visibility, manage risk,
identify growth opportunities, and expand their reach to find global markets.
As per Ajay Thakur, Head -BSE SME and Start-ups, small businesses who are
listed on BSE SME & Start-ups platform, will now be able to get Dun &
Bradstreet business information services at good prices. SMEs can grow their
businesses with the help of this setup. Such a partnership will further create
inclusive growth and employment in the country.

Dun &
Bradstreet India and BSE will also work together to provide certification
programs and customized training so that SMEs can better predict the changing global
business environment. Dun & Bradstreet India will also share its database
with BSE so that it can create awareness about the advantages of listing on the
platform. It is likely that they will jointly organize events also to create
awareness.

As per
statistics, 99 firms out of 337 firms have migrated to BSE main board to get
special deals and benefits.
