Bonino appoints ERGO G2 as Indian agent for nonwovens

Bonino Carding Machines Italy, pioneer in Nonwoven carding machines, Airlay cards, cross lappers and a range of machines for sanitary/medical textiles & recycling machines has appointed Ergo G2 Engineers P Ltd as their Indian agents.

Bonino carding celebrated 100 years of service last year and has always been embracing new technologies – be it the products or the manufacturing technology, with firm commitment to customer service and innovation.

Bonino took over HDB a few years ago further strengthening the product and technology portfolio of the company.

Bonino products are well recognised in the industry throughout the world for a wide range of applications including fibre preparation and carding:

  • Machines for sanitary field for production of :
  • Absorbent cotton for production of zig zag cotton, cotton rolls, cotton balls, Q tips, and cotton discs.
  • Spunlaced material for wet wipes and or other sanitary use (disposables).
  • Tampons
  • Nonwoven lines for production of:
    • Automotive (carded and airlaid webs).
    • Thermobonded (waddings, beddings, support for abrasives, nonwovens for garments and furnitures, high loft nonwovens, products for thermal and acoustic insulation, etc).
    • Needled products (geotex, filters, felts, leather support, technical products, roofing, etc).
    • Stitchbonded materials.
    • Direct webs treated with thermobonding calender for use in sanitary field (napkins and disposables) and fuse line.
    • Sliver production with cotton cards for:

    • Open end spinning.
    • Dref spinning.
    • Pile fabric and artificial fur.
    • Woollen yarns production.
    • Textile fibres recycling with rag tearing:

    Lines for reclaiming of knitting wastes, wastes coming from spinning, weaving and other textile processes.

    Bonino works closely with other leading machinery manufacturers too to offer complete turnkey solutions. Interestingly, Bonino can also supply factory reconditioned machines with warranty.
