B-Tex new model Nirvana is all set to transform traditional cutting

India ITME-22 had been great success to B-Tex. The company launched the Auto-Cut-Pack
Machine – Model NIRVANA with LDPE & HDPE Packing at one go. Industry leaders like
Manmohan Singh, Updeep Singh, Alagappan R, Gurudas Aras were present for the
demonstration of the machine.

Under the brand name B-Tex, the company began its journey around 2 decade ago and earned the reputation as a formidable choice in the textile industry for fabric inspection, rolling & packing systems with collaboration with REALTIME Srl (Italian) Defect Logging Software. BTex’s machines are the physical manifestation of years of industry experience and it’s constant endeavor to keep abreast with the latest technologies.

Italian collaboration & flag off

In the year 2016, B-Tex flagged off and collaborated with Realtime Srl (Italian Collaboration) for 4 point defect logging software to develop Auto-Cut-Pack System- NIRVANA, a mandatory innovative step towards future of cutting and packing system.

B-Tex Auto-Cut-Pack System inspects the fabric and log all the defect in IGS (Inspection & Grading Software) through batch to batch or trolley to trolley mapping machines and later optimises as per severity to generate beneficial Cut-Pan. Finally the data is transferred to B-Tex Auto-Cut-Pack machine model NIRVANA, where it rolls the fabric at high speed of 80 m/m and pack it with LDPE and HDPE film with lots of other benefits.
