ANDRITZ will be presenting innovative nonwovens production solutions and textile finishing technologies for the US market at Techtextil North America 2018 in Atlanta, USA (May 22–24, booth 2847). As one of the world market leaders in advanced technologies for spunlace, thermobonding, air-through bonding, wetlaid, needlepunch, and spunjet, as well as excellent service, ANDRITZ offers customized and unique solutions to requirements from individual customers.

With the two companies, ANDRITZ Küsters in Spartanburg, SC, and ANDRITZ SHW in Torrington, CT, ANDRITZ is close to its US customers. ANDRITZ offers sales, service, training, retrofits, spare parts, and roll repair tailored to customer needs.

ANDRITZ Küsters focuses on machinery and processes in nonwovens production, offering technologies and services for a variety of applications. Be it for needlepunch, spunlace, wetlaid or thermobonding, ANDRITZ offers the right solution, perfectly suited to customer requirements. In addition, the location hosts an excellent roll repair center with experienced staff and state-of-the-art equipment.

ANDRITZ SHW, a part of the ANDRITZ GROUP since the end of 2016, concentrates on high-grade roll repairs, spare rolls, cast iron and chilled iron rolls and shells, and services. Together with the facility in Spartanburg, ANDRITZ SHW offers highest quality and reliability in repairs, reconditioning, and upgrades to all types of rolls. The two companies work closely together and pool their expertise to provide an excellent range of services, high availability, and wide coverage of the entire NAFTA region.

Based on many years of experience in all fields of needlepunch technology, ANDRITZ creates cost-efficient, flexible, and reliable turnkey needlepunch lines from opening and blending, to the winder. The renowned ProDyn capabilities are able to reduce fibre consumption drastically, so customers can profit from fabric weight evenness and a significant cost reduction.
