JTTBU is a test terminal block, while JRV 192 A is electrical reset auxiliary relay

JVS Electronics Pvt Ltd offers two products – test terminal block utility (JTTBU) and electrical reset auxiliary relay (JRV 192 A) – for the textile industry.

Test terminal block utility

Test terminal blocks (commonly known as TTBs) are used in control panels and switch boards to enable testing of metres and relays in an electrical circuit without physically disconnecting them. Generally, the test terminal blocks enable testing and calibration of devices such as metres, relays – by authorised persons by simple linking and de-linking of connections without disconnection of any wires or power connections.

JTTBU is a test terminal block (3 Phase, 4 Wire) with rating of 1100V, 20A. It has features such as:

  • Compact and elegant design
  • Ease of testing for the user
  • Housing made out of non-inflammable & non-hygroscopic Phenolic compounds
  • High grade electrically conductive brass parts
  • Very low contact resistance
  • Available in both front and rear connection models choice can be made depending on customer’s need
  • Transparent/opaque cover is available

Electrical reset auxiliary relay

Electrical reset auxiliary relays are voltage operated, attracted armature type with 8 contacts per relay. Each element is enclosed in a dust proof moulded, transparent, polycarbonate cover. Radio metal is used for the magnetic components such as the armature, the core and the yoke of the auxiliary relay to ensure good electrical performance. The contacts are made of phosphor bronze and are nickel plated. The contacts are made of pure silver. The use of these materials ensures very good contact performance.

It has features such as wide range of voltage & contacts configurations, electromechanical design, electrical reset contacts, protective transparent cover for the element, and compact panel mounting case.

JRV 192 A relay is intended for use in the applications requiring:

  • Increased current carrying or interrupting capability in a contact (low current contact energises the coil to close the high current contact)
  • Circuit isolation
  • Contact conversion (for example from a normal open to closed condition)
  • Contact multiplication (from one contact input to two contact output)
