The second edition of Bharat Tex, held from 14 to 17 February 2025 at Bharat Mandapam and India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, was a resounding success.

Bharat Tex Trade Federation (BTTF) is gearing up to host the third edition of Bharat Tex – the country’s premier global textiles and apparel event – from 14 to 17 July 2026 at the iconic Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.

The announcement was made today at a press conference organised by the Bharat Tex Trade Federation (BTTF) – a consortium of leading Export Promotion Councils (EPCs) and industry associations. The leadership shared the vision, scale, and key highlights of the upcoming edition, formally marking the start of preparations for Bharat Tex 2026.

The First 2 editions of the Bharat Tex has already cemented its position as India’s Global Mega Textiles Event. The second edition of Bharat Tex, held from 14 to 17 February 2025 at Bharat Mandapam and India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, was a resounding success. The event, spanning across 2.2 mill sq ft, featured over 5,000+ exhibitors, 6,000 international buyers from 120+ countries, and attracted more than 1,20,000 visitors. With 80+ knowledge sessions, 8,000+ B2B/B2G meetings, and high-level policy dialogues, the edition generated export opportunities estimated at $ 2.5 billion and investment commitments of over Rs 21 billion.

Naren Goenka, Chairman BTTF emphasized that with the remarkable success of Bharat Tex 2024 and 2025, the forthcoming 2026 edition is poised to take the platform to new heights as India’s unified showcase for the textile value chain. The 2026 edition will continue to reflect Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s transformative 5F Vision – farm to fibre, fibre to factory, factory to fashion, and fashion to foreign – bringing together every link of the textile value chain under one roof. It will also align with the broader governance ethos of “Reform, Perform, Transform and Inform” showcasing how India’s textile ecosystem is advancing towards innovation, inclusivity and sustainability. Poised to be one of the largest gatherings of its kind, Bharat Tex 2026 will unite the world’s leading textile manufacturers, buyers, and industry visionaries under one roof. The event will be a confluence of business, innovation, and knowledge exchange, featuring an inspiring series of thought-leadership sessions and experiential showcases.

Bhadresh Dodhia, Co-Chairman, BTTF said that the highlight of the event will be the Global Textile Dialogue 2026, bringing together global industry leaders, CXOs, policy makers and sustainability experts to deliberate on Industry 4.0, ESG imperatives, R&D collaborations and emerging trade dynamics.

Dodhia added that the Bharat Tex 2026 will further strengthen India’s position as a sustainable and trusted global sourcing hub, offering MSMEs, start-ups, and artisans new opportunities to engage with global markets, investors, and technology partners. The event will spotlight India’s leadership in circular manufacturing, responsible production, and textile innovation, while celebrating craftsmanship and creativity through design labs, innovation pavilions, and fashion showcases.

Bharat Tex 2026 isn’t just about showcasing textiles strength, it’s about stitching together possibilities, people, and progress. As the world gathers in New Delhi, India is ready to tell its most compelling textile story yet.
