Jeanologia, in collaboration with Bangladesh Denim Expo, will present, at this edition, a new collection 100% Made in Bangladesh, from fabric to finishing. In its creation, the company has worked with local suppliers, involving the whole supply chain to show the infinite possibilities that offers its model of production completely technological, sustainable and respectful of workers’ health.
The result is a collection 5. Zero derived from the concept “one fabric, unlimited possibilitiesâ€Â, through which Jeanologia shows that thanks to the combination of their technologies – laser, ozone and e-flow – it is possible to make a complete collection from only one fabric, getting extraordinary results equally in black and in blue denim. “Achieving three-dimensional effects with black denim is possible with our technology.†highlights Liautard “To achieve it, it is essential to start by selecting the correct fabric. To do so, we use the Light Sensitive Fabric Test to be able to know the reaction of the fabric to the new finishing processes, thereby obtaining the desired look efficiently and sustainably, at the same time as reducing time-to-market.â€Â
Thanks to the digital transformation that has already started in the Bangladeshi textile industry, today Jeanologia’s technology saves around 12,00,000 m3 of water annually, this represents the amount of water contained in Gulshan lake, in Dhaka.
