The BRÃœCKNER Textile Technology group is a world-wide acting owner-run textile mechanical engineering and manufacturing company with more than 60 years of tradition and experience. It is a system supplier in the field of dry finishing of knitted and woven fabric as well as finishing of technical textiles. Nevertheless the company does not consider itself as just supplier of machines but also as partner of its customers. The brand BRÃœCKNER stands for reliability, continuity and a personal relationship with its customers.
In order to be closer to the market, to its partners in China, Bruckner decided in 2004 to set up its own sales representative office in China, where the sales managers?Liu Jian Feng and Qiu Gui Hua?now are stationed. Both sales managers have long year experience in the textile field but also in the various technical textile applications which Brnckner can provide. In this function they support their customers in whole China and give recommendation for the "best" machine configuration to achieve highest performance with the lowest energy consumption for the customers.
Additionally to its own representative office, Bruckner has also appointed different agents for different areas to keep an even more intensive contact with its customers to discuss their demands and requirement. For the Fujian and Guangdong province it is cooperating with the agency Union Trading (China) Ltd, located in Hong Kong. For the remaining provinces of China Bruckner is working together with the agency Chemtax Industrial Co Ltd HKG with their different branch offices in China.
As some specific industries in China have special demands, Bruckner additionally decided to cooperate with the agency Sinoca Trading Shanghai Ltd, especially for woolen and worsted projects in whole China. In case of any requirement for any specific machine out of the Bruckner portfolio both its sales men in the Representative Office and its agents are ready to discuss with all its valuable partner
Since the early 1990s Bruckner could sell hundreds of different types machines to many well known customers in China like the biggest terry towel producer in the worlds, like the biggest lace fabric producer in China, like the biggest circuit board producer in China, etc. As we understood the demands of our customers we already set up our own Bruckner Service Center China many years ago with offices in Hong Kong, Panyu and Shanghai. Our experienced and well known German technician Gerhard Scheid is running these offices since decades and he is supported by his assistant Echo Ji.
Thanks to the different locations of its service stations and the sufficient number of well experienced technicians Bruckner is in the position to help its customers in case of erection/commissioning but especially in case of required service support within a very short time. A good and stable running machine is essential for its customer thus Bruckner put such high attention on its service and on the service organisation.
