JL Jacquard loop cut carpet knitting machine
JL Jacquard loop cut carpet knitting machine series have been developed by a combination of the knitting technology the company accumulated over many years and the latest principles in knitting technology. This series adopt best quality parts like Japanese WAC piezo-ceramics selectors, Danfoss frequency transformer for speed adjusting, British brand steel wire track and auto-oiler that supplies oil as requirement in different places.
This series of knitting machines find applications for materials including acrylic, polypropylene, polyester, nylon, cotton, wool, rayon and so on. It can produce 1-4 colour fabric in plain cut, plain loop, high cut-low loop, high loop-low loop and high cut-high loop patterns & styles. The JL09C 26-inch, 12feeder computerised jacquard loop cut knitting machine is an improved version of the JL03D model. This new model which can knit up to 22 mm pile height, is more stable and produces goods of better quality.
The JL09D 26-inch, 16-feeder computerised jacquard loop cut knitting machine can knit not only the normal styles including even-pile, even-loop, high pile-low loop, high-low loop, but also a new function type: low pile pattern. Knitting style is more complex and the carpets more beautiful. These is two models are widely used for the production of rugs, car mat, bath mat, carpet and so on.
JL09C 52-inch 24-feeder machine
The JL09C 52-inch 24-feeder computerised jacquard loop cut knitting machine is an improved version of the JL08C model. This new model can knit up to 22 mm pile height. This machine can also knit the same patterns like the JL09D machine. These two models are widely used for production of wall-to-wall carpet, car mat, bath mat, carpet and so on.
