With the perfect and precise design of cam, equipped with different standards of sinker, terry polar/terry plush circular knitting machine can produce terry fabrics in different lengths of loop. It can be customised as per clients need. There are variants for clients to choose from and the end products can be a variety such as velvet stuff, broken check fabric, or other texture variation cloth, adopted for childrens garments, leisure suits, quality fashionable dress, and pajamas, etc.

In this machine, one can easily change its cylinder and cams into single knitting machine to produce jersey or stitch-varied cloth. Adding lycra attachment, one can knit elastic cloth, which is suitable for seasonal variation and give extra value.

The YK-S high speed, four-track single jersey circular knitting machine adopts 4-track cams, which are essentially used for making all kinds of single fabrics. The wide range and small gradation of yard adjuster makes adjustment easy and precise. By the character, it can produce different yards of interlock fabrics, such as cotton, blends, TTC double-layer, rayon fabrics, which are used for shirts, T-shirt, sportswear, etc. Due to the equipped 4-track cams, by selecting needles and arranging cams, it can produce jersey, mesh, spandex, long crooked squash fabrics, swimwear stuff, and single jersey with polyester face and cotton back. These products can be used for dress, swimming costume, any underclothes, etc.

In the YK-F high speed single jersey three thread fleece circular knitting machine, the four-tracks-cams design greatly improves the stable quality and quantity of output. It can produce cardigan, middy twill, French Overknit, which can be made for womens fashion, sportswear, knitted thermal clothing, etc.

The specially-made sinker cam is used for adjusting length of fuzzy piles. This dual-purpose model also can be equipped with many types of cams and other component assemblies. It thus can be changed into four-track single knitting machine.

It is equipped with 120-sec gear drive cloth winder. With the gear box in the centre, there is no variation in the centre of gravity and the performance is made easy and smooth. The main shaft adopts a set of tension clutch. When the tension is too strong, it will slide automatically, and therefore, float thread and needle damage will not occur. This model is unrivalled for frictional resistance, sound insulation and easy operation.
