This year the PCI Fibres Conference will be held in the heart of Istanbuls business quarter, bringing together delegates involved in raw materials and fibres through to textiles and distribution. The event begins on 6th November and closes after lunch on 7th November.

Marketing papers will be presented by members of the PCI Consulting Group as well as by the industry. The conference is noted for friendly exchange between the PCI Fibres team and the delegates. PCI Fibres has recently expanded its expertise into nonwovens and into cellulosic fibres. Papers on these topics will be joined by others covering recycling, in line with the overall scope of the conference which is to present new insights into the textile industrys progress towards sustainable development.

Turkey is an ideal location: as the hub of a vast trading network across Asia and Europe; as an important centre for the cotton industry; and as a leading developer of products in recycled polyester. Turkey is also extending its expertise in the newest uses of nylon and polyester filament.

PCI Fibres is a specialist consultancy in fibres and textiles markets. Its services include multi-client and single-client studies. PCI Fibres provide monthly, quarterly and annual reports covering all the textile fibres and certain raw materials.
