Except spinning, majority of the textile and apparel machinery demand of India is being fulfilled through imports, especially for investments in latest technology machines by large/organised mills.

TEXPA meets the demand for highest precision and quality from producers and end customers alike thanks to a self-developed system that ensures the exact shaping of all four corners.

As economy is slowly and steadily opening up despite the COVID-19 pandemic scare, export companies need to start evaluating the whole scenario so that their products and services overseas grow faster and do better, says Leo Shastri, Director – Operations & Strategy, Usha Exim.

One of the major factors contributing to spinning efficiency is strength of yarn and if we able to improve this parameter, the net result will be a much better working of the ring spinning machines. The experiment stated below proves that yarn breaks during spinning is much lower when we are able to align the maximum number of fibres along the yarn axis and allow the twist flow up to the nip of the front roller. The fibre fleece is firmly bonded immediately after coming out of the front roller nip and thus the effort in reduction of spinning triangle is paying back.
