For more than 60 years, WEKO, Weitmann & Konrad GmbH & Co KG from Leinfelden-Echterdingen near Stuttgart, has been active in their present business fields. WEKO develops, manufactures and sells sophisticated liquid and powder application systems for the film, non-woven, tissue, textile, paper, printing and fibreboard industries. Providing good advice to our customers and giving them the opportunity to test the system under conditions that are oriented to his specific application is of great importance to us. Using leased systems and the system in our own technical centre, customers can test in advance whether the non-contact liquid application onto the material web by the WEKO system leads to the desired result.

On this wide system in our technical centre, we can process a variety of web materials up to a width of approximately 50 cm ´ film, non-woven, tissue, textile, and paper. Test liquid and the test material to be sprayed have to be provided by the customer.

In addition to the liquid application system, there are further options that can be used. This includes a hot air dryer, a smoothing unit and a corona equipment, all of them complementing our offer and the opportunities. It is recommended that the test operation occurs in the presence of the customer so that he can directly evaluate and optimise the results.

Please ask for our leaflet ´Technical Testing´, and we will inform you in detail on prerequisites and conditions.
