The machine is equipped with a servo motor for each printing position to achieve higher printing accuracy and ease of operation. How do you see rotary printing expanding in India in the coming years? What will be Embee’s role in this?
In India, there is huge demand of hi-tech rotary printing machines which provides highest accuracy, sharp registration, fine detailed printing etc. A lot of customers are upgrading their machines with these features. Today, Embee is the perfect solution to meet these current printing requirements with higher efficiency and highest returns on investment.

Printing is going more eco-friendly and energy-saving. What is Embee’s contribution in offering printing technologies for the textile industry?
Energy Saving: In continuation with our vision which focused on higher efficiency and higher returns, Embee offers a special dryer which saves 60 per cent on energy cost. The unique design of the dryer and air flow system enables the customer to have a significant saving in the energy cost which is considered to be major requirement for long term lower running cost of the machine.
No hazardous chemicals: Conventionally, hazardous chemicals are used for stripping the screens. Embee has recently launched one of its kind world’s first laser stripping machine exclusively for textile rotary screen which uses zero hazardous chemicals. Other key benefits include lower running cost, zero pollution, energy saving, zero maintenance is emitted, etc.
Water saving: Additionally, Embee offers improvised screen washers, squeegee washers and drum washers for perfect and efficient washing with significant less water as compared to conventional manual cleaning. Further, for drum washer and squeegee washer, waste water can be filtered and reused for washing purpose; thereby, saving up to 90 per cent of water consumption.
What are Embee’s offering on inks, spares and other accessories for the textile printing market? Give us some of their salient features.
A lot of engraving units are using direct laser exposing and laser engraving machine to obtain best result of fine detailed engraved screen. So, as a result, there is a huge demand of special lacquer/ photo sensitive emulsion for laser engraving and laser exposing. Looking at this demand, Embee is offering the best photo sensitive emulsion i.e. Rs 102, which is a perfect solution.
Embee believes that making machine is not enough, it is necessary to provide customer service and support and hence Embee keeps sufficient important spares parts for textile rotary printing machine. Further, Embee is India’s largest manufacturer and exporter for spare parts and consumables for rotary textile printing systems. Currently, we are having growing demand for Endrings and Head Bearing. We manufacture top quality Endrings with perfect dimensional accuracy with European standards.
Further, Embee also manufactures head bearing, which has an unique leakproof seal for ultra long life with exceptional corrosion resistance. It comes with high quality lubrication for smooth running with superior dimensional accuracy.
