How has the textile sector changed in the last 3-4 years? And how is your company helping your customers negotiate these changes?
Since the pandemic, the textile sector has seen a huge shift towards South Asia, particularly India and Bangladesh. We have observed huge investments from textile manufactures from these regions over the last few years, citing a lot of opportunities for machinery manufacturers in the sector. Furthermore, the sentiments from the market are to source advanced machines from local (Indian) manufacturers, as the cost of foreign machineries are skyrocketing and delivery periods are too high.
Yash, being the preferred supplier to some of the largest textile giants in India has proven its capability to manufacture and offer high quality systems to the textile industry.
With the global textile industry moving towards sustainable development, how is Yash Textile Machines helping textile firms in their low-carbon pathway route?
At Yash, we offer software solutions such as fault data recording systems, cut optimisation solutions, data management software and internet of things (IoT), which is helping the cause of sustainability in a huge way.
At the global level, how do you intend to take Yash Textile Machines’ growth story forward?
- Yash designs, manufactures and provides quality control and winding systems, packing machines and various end of line automation solutions, ranging from simple, lower budget solutions to very advanced technologies.
- We also offer special range of machines for the export market that is alternatively a great substitute to European machinery manufacturers.
- Additionally, with the support of our marketing partners in various countries, we look forward to provide smarter machines and solutions which will help the industry to plan now for their factories of the future.
What are you looking forward to, at the upcoming edition of Techtextil India?
- Techtextil India has always been an extremely successful show for us. It is an exciting opportunity to network and interact with potential customers and buyers that belong to these special industries, namely, nonwovens, technical textiles and composites.
